What does the invoice indicate?
Invoices are sent weekly and indicate leads received during that week. Please note some leads may appear as a zero charge if they were noted as bad prior to the start of the billing process. This invoice is for your records. The charge listed on the invoice will be deducted from the funds you have on account.

What is my account history password?
Your password is your first initial, your entire last name, and your zip code. For example, if you are John Smith and you live in Beverly Hills, CA 90210 your password is jsmith90210 (case sensitive).

We are located in East Greenwich, RI. It is our pleasure to serve our clients nationwide.

I have an accounting question. Who do I talk to?

How do I receive my leads?
All leads are put into your account as soon as they are generated.

Does ABCLeads.com set the appointments for us?
No. ABCLeads.com supplies you with sales leads from people who have expressed an interest in your services. It is up to you to set the appointments.

What does -$200 or ($200) mean as my ending balance?
Any number in parenthesis or with a negative number in front of it means that you have those funds on account. If you quit the service at that moment, those funds would be refunded to you.

I gave my credit card information at signup, why do I give it again if I wish to continue?
When you sign up for our program through www.abcleads.com, the credit card information you submit is not seen by ABCLeads.com. We have what is called a Secure Website where all credit card info is encrypted to protect your security. When a card is processed through our website, we only see your name, the amount of the transaction, and the reference number of the transaction.

How do I change my areas or profile?
Log into your account to make changes to your areas or profile. Or you could send an email to our customer service department (requires a customer login)

When will I begin receiving leads?
All leads are sent to clients as soon as they are generated on our consumer websites. The time it takes to receive your first lead varies on the traffic our websites are receiving. It may take 1 minute, 1 hour, or one week.

I prepaid $200 for leads, why am I getting an invoice saying I owe money?
The invoice is simply a statement of activity on your account for the past week.

I opened my invoice and there were no leads in there. How come?
Customers do not receive leads via invoice. Only lead #, last name of the prospect and the corresponding charge are itemized. Leads are sent individually and instantly upon generation.

We have two different forms of lead delivery the Lead Shop that has leads ready for you to buy this second. And the live leads where you will get leads as they are filled out online.
