How Does The “LIVE LEADS” Service Work?
We provide sales leads for professionals in the insurance,
financial and home improvement industries through our product
specific Internet sites. There is a strong and growing trend
of consumers using the Internet as a major resource in their
investigation into a product or service they are thinking
about purchasing. If a prospect visits a major search engine
and types in a key word related to the product they are interested
in, our job is to make sure they find one of our sites.
Our websites are top ranked by Google, MSN, Yahoo, Lycos,
Goto, AOL, and more.
We do NOT use incentives to motivate prospects to fill in
our forms; they are seeking information on the products you
sell.

Once on our site, a prospect would find general but
helpful consumer information about the product or service.
(Individual carriers, companies and products are not mentioned).
On each site there is a form, tailored to the specific product,
which the prospect fills out requesting to be contacted by
a professional. They click submit and the LEAD is generated.

Two things will then happen instantly. One is the lead
is sent directly to, and only to, a company or individual
that has requested leads in the geographic region specified
in the customers information.

The second thing that occurs is that the customer would
see, instantly appearing on their computer screen, the information
of the professional who has received their lead. There is
pre-formatted introductory text, as well as a space to include
a description of your services and a photograph or logo if
you would like. The customer now knows who to expect a call
from. (This functionality occurs most times, however due to our scrubbing software, and other lead importation functionality it is not guaranteed.)

We have broken up the country into geographic blocks
based on the first three digits of the zip code system. Companies
can take as many blocks as they want, and they can take different
blocks for different products. Provided leads are available
in those blocks.

Frequently Asked Questions
There is no cost associated with the service. No monthly
fees or registration costs, you only pay for each individual
lead. To view our pricing

in order to reserve the areas you wish leads from; you must
maintain a positive balance in your account. As you receive
leads, the charge for that lead is deducted from the funds
you put on account. The
amount you keep on hand is strictly up to you, as long as
there are enough funds in your account for one lead the areas
remain active. Once your balance gets to $0.00 the areas
are released.
When you are choosing your areas, (3 digit zip code boxes)
you will see a number on the far right hand side of the box.
This number represents the expected lead flow from that box,
for you, over the next 30 days. Once
you finish selecting your areas click "sign up for your zip
codes" and your account will instantly be created. there
is no cost to create your account. When your ready to receive
leads log in and select "make a payment". Once your pre-payment
is received, you will be activated.

None. You can drop the service at any time you like, or just
drop specific areas or products. Any remaining balance will
be immediately refunded in full—no cancellation fees.
However, with the Live Lead service you must take the leads
that are generated from the areas you have chosen. You cannot
“reject” a lead that has been generated from an
area you picked. Of course if it is a bad lead you can submit
it for credit, and if you do not wish leads from a particular
area you can delete that box from your profile going forward.

There you can review our inventory and select the leads you
want. They are not “Real Time” leads however.

Due to the immediacy of our service you may get bad leads.
All you need to do is log into your account and submit the
lead for credit. We have made petitioning for a bad lead as
easy as we can. Bad lead criteria for all products are listed

But remember, most of these leads are from customers actively
seeking the given service, so the majority of our leads will
be great!
