Here is a quick summary of important things you need to know to get your leads. Please Read!

We have created complete instructions to our service in your log in area. Please log in, then click on “Instructions” You will then see a menu that covers ALL aspects of our service. However, experience tells us our customers don’t read them so here is a quick summary.

* Do NOT rely on e-mail to receive your leads!!!

We send all leads via e-mail; however a good percent of these will never make it to your e-mail inbox. E-mail systems, especially AOL accounts, have spam blocking elements to them that often block our leads. We are not responsible for leads you do not receive via e-mail.

* You MUST log into your account to ensure receipt of your leads

* To Report a Lead for credit you must log in to do so.

Log into your account and next to the status of the lead is a link, “report lead xxx as bad” click that link and fill in the form

* To check the status of bad lead submissions

Log in and look at the lead status. It will change as things progress.

* If you have funds on account, your statement balance will show as negative (-)

Because you pre-pay for your leads when you view your statement it will show as negative balance, (-) this is what you have on account.

* We will send you e-mails reminding you of your balance at three, two and one remaining lead.

Thus if you only pre-pay one of those amounts, you will get that message after your first lead. Do not be alarmed.

* Lead Shop orders are not automatically approved

If you purchased stock leads, (Unsold or Qualified Buyer from the Lead Shop) they are not instantly dropped into your account; they must be approved manually after verification of payment. During business hours this is fairly quick, off hours it can take longer.

* Lead Shop orders are not sent via e-mail at all

They are deposited into your account and then you must log in to retrieve them.

* If you need assistance, please log in and click on “Communication”

Then click on “Customer Service Request” and we will promptly respond. 

* You can review all aspects of your account history by logging in

If you wish to review payments, charges, credits and any aspect of your entire account history with ABCLeads log in to your account, click on “Account Management” and then on “account History”
